Dehesa el Guijarral is a family-run company
that has been handed down from generation to generation. With
over 60 years of hands-on experience and the knowledge passed
down through the ages, Dehesa el Guijarral uses traditional methods
to produce its Iberian cured products.
We have over five thousand hectares of Holm oak dehesa or woodland,
where our herd of Iberian hogs are fattened. We have the best
acorns in the Sierra de Huelva mountains and we are planting thousands
of Holm oaks to feed our hogs
